Once registered you will receive a confirmation email from the update mate team confirming your site is approved for 1 hour per month of updates forever.

Next we will ask for a simple list from you of what you would like us to do on your web site.  Just a word document with the items clearly laid out and images as jpegs.  We will also need access to your server…this is known as the “ftp access” and has a username and password…this is so we can upload your site changes when done.  If you are unsure where to get these details our staff can help…so don't worry.

We then send you a timeframe to complete the items requested. The first hour is free, and if that's all it takes then pay nothing to have your update completed.

If the time frame could be more than an hour, we will send you a firm quote for you.  Once you approve the quote and pay a deposit your changes will be done fast and efficiently for you.  The update mate is an awesome service.

Lastly a proof will be sent before any works go live.  After approval we send the balance invoice and make the changes live to your web site for you.
